This home is in the heart of Key Colony Beach steps away from Sunset Park. Key Colony Beach is nicknamed “The Gem of the Florida Keys”. And for good reason! This family-friendly enclave boasts everything you could wish for in a Florida Keys vacation: abundant sunshine, safe and walkable streets, a sandy beach, cabana club, and more! It is located in the Middle Keys, just off the main “Overseas Highway” but removed from the hustle and bustle, allowing you and your traveling companions a chance to truly unwind when you need to. But don’t worry, all of the restaurants, bars, attractions, and conveniences of Marathon are a short drive away. Where is Key Colony Beach? Key Colony Beach is located oceanside off of the Overseas Highway, the main route between Miami and Key West. At mile marker 53, about 100 miles south of Miami, you will be in the heart of the Middle Keys. Turn off the main road onto the small causeway that links Key Colony Beach with Marathon. Be sure to watch your speed as you are now officially on “Island Time”. Who enjoys spending time in Key Colony Beach? Pretty much anyone who enjoys Florida and what it has to offer. Fishing enthusiasts find the Middle Keys the perfect spot for angling as it’s where the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Ocean meet.
