Vinyl Vineyards is the vision of husband-and-wife team Jeff Hevert and Dina Behar Hevert. We met and built our lives in Miami, New York, and Los Angeles — in creative industries that rarely paused. When we landed in Paso Robles, we found a neglected vineyard and saw something we wanted to build: a place to slow down, reconnect, and experience wine country with intention. What started as a restoration project — vintage trailers, replanted rows, small-batch wines — became a deeply personal one. The arrival of our first child during the pandemic crystallized the idea: life is better when it's slower, more present, and built around meaningful connection. Today, Vinyl Vineyards is shaped by analog pleasures and simple rituals. Vinyl records instead of playlists. Unhurried tastings instead of schedules. Conversations instead of notifications. We run a self-check-in property so guests can settle in on their own time, and Dina hosts most of our Sip & Spin tastings personally. Female and Latina-led — Dina is Cuban Jewish and serves as our CEO. We show up with intention, both for our guests and our team.

Vinyl Vineyards is a one-of-a-kind glamping, wine, and music destination on a 120-acre working vineyard in Paso Robles wine country. Open every season. Six restored vintage Airstream and trailer units sit among the vines, each themed after a musical legend — David Bowie, Led Zeppelin, Janis Joplin, Billie Holiday, Johnny Cash, and Mick Jagger. All are climate-controlled with AC and heat, kitchenettes, comfortable bedding, and access to shared bathrooms with hot showers. For larger groups: the Vineyard Farmhouse and Ranch House sleep more and include a pool and hot tub. Our signature Sip & Spin tasting experience pairs award-winning small-batch wines with vinyl records guests choose themselves. Five wines: Rosé, Vermentino, Crossfade Rhône blend, Jota Iberian blend, and Self-Titled Bordeaux blend — each paired with a musical release. The property includes a shared outdoor kitchen with grills, fire pits, hot showers, hiking trails through the vineyard, and an event lawn for weddings and gatherings. Vinyl Vineyards sits on the Union Road Wine Trail in the Geneseo District AVA, one of Paso Robles' eleven sub-appellations, on the eastern side of the wine region. We're a few minutes from downtown Paso Robles and easy walking distance to a half-dozen neighboring tasting rooms. Within ten minutes: Sensorio Field of Light, the immersive light installation by artist Bruce Munro that lights up the rolling hills after dusk. Vina Robles Amphitheatre brings national touring acts to a beautiful outdoor venue ten minutes away. Hunter Ranch Golf Course is just up the road. Downtown Paso Robles — about ten minutes — has the Saturday farmers market, a strong restaurant scene, and dozens of urban tasting rooms within a few blocks of the central square. Our wines are also poured by the glass at In Bloom restaurant and sold by the bottle at The Wine Merchant. Drive forty-five minutes west and you're at the Central Coast beaches: Cayucos, Cambria, Morro Bay. Hearst Castle is about an hour northwest. San Luis Obispo's airport (SBP) is the closest major air gateway, roughly thirty minutes south. For getting around: ride-share works from the property if you give drivers specific directions (we're past the Union Road / Penman Springs intersection). Most guests rent a car — Paso wine country is a driving destination.
