The views from our condo are second to none, especially at Sunset and even during whale season. We consider this our second home, so it has every amity and creature comfort you can imagine. From the coffee grinder to the rice cooker and the 60" HD OLED TV with a Sound Bar with Bluetooth for Music streaming. We love hanging out on our lanai at Sunset. Wailea Ekolu Village is a privately owned 148-unit residential resort condominium Association. Ekolu residents enjoy exclusive use of our two swimming pools, gas barbecue grills, and a recreation pavilion featuring a complete kitchen and a covered, open-air lounge. Information on island activities and a stocked library for your reading pleasure are available in the Pavilion adjacent to the Office. Our manager resides on the property, and his office and services are exclusive benefits for the owners and their guests.
Carolyn and I live a hectic life in Central California, which many people consider paradise or a nice place to live. We LOVE going to Maui a few times a year to recharge and enjoy our Maui sunsets. We got Maui'd in November 2002, and ever since, we have been bitten by the Aloha Spirit of Maui, especially Wailea. It is by far the best part of Maui, with its manicured lawns and golf courses, and a great walking path in front of all the resort hotels. Maui Tim & Carolyn purchased this condo in 2006
What makes this condo unique Location, location, need I say more? We have the most spectacular view of the ocean. During whale-watching season, you can see whales breaching and playing in the channel. With our daily morning walks along the 2-mile path and the proximity to some of Maui's finest restaurants, who would want to be anywhere else?
