Property info

Our home is located on Park Point in Duluth. It is the most unique neighborhood in Duluth situated across the iconic lift bridge. We have a large deck that sits along the St Louis River. With large windows offering great views from the inside and during inclement weather. This is the perfect landing spot to explore Duluth, canal Park and either the east or west ends or all along the North shore of Lake Superior. This is a shared home with other guests and the host, your bedroom is private. The Hearding Island Room faces the Saint Louis River. The Nook room , does not have a water view.

Neighborhood info

Duluth's most unique neighborhood! Park Point is a 7 mile, 5000 year old natural peninsula. We have an airport, a state forest. The Coast Guard and Army Reserves also sit here, along with beautiful views of Lake Superior and The Saint Louis River, ships, wildlife and many marinas.
