Nestled in a peaceful setting just a short drive from Downtown Dells, our home offers the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. We've lived here for over 20 years and still cherish every crisp Midwest morning and every breathtaking sunset over the water — especially from the deck with a glass of wine or a local Wisconsin brew in hand. Cottage includes one bedroom with a Full-size bed and a full bathroom (shower) and living area in the basement (with full-size Murphy bed for additional sleeping area). The space is private with its own entrance, including the basement - only you and your guests will have access to it during your stay. The living area has a TV with cable and Amazon Fire TV, wireless internet, breakfast nook, and a kitchenette (small fridge, microwave, toaster, and a coffee pot). You will also have access to a beautiful backyard and deck overlooking the Wisconsin River. Great space with table and chairs to seat, read a book, sip a glass of wine or simply enjoy the views. There is a gas grill as well so the possibilities are endless! All the utensils and silverware are provided. The cottage features a spacious deck with a grill and patio seating that overlooks the river, perfect for outdoor dining or simply soaking in the view. In the evenings, gather around the fire pit for s’mores, stories, or a peaceful moment under the stars. Whether you're looking for a relaxing retreat or easy access to the attractions of the Dells, you'll find comfort and charm here. We can’t wait to host you! We are pet friendly. My husband and I are very excited to start this Air-BnB adventure. We have always loved hosting people and providing them with a great experience. We are all about having a good time - creating memories with loved ones and enjoying live. We hope to provide a place for you and your family to enjoy.

The property is on a one road neighborhood that faces the east side of the Wisconsin River, on an inlet, so it is very quiet both on the road side as well as the water side. The road only has about 10 houses. It is close enough to Downtown Wisconsin Dells that you can be there in 10-15 minutes by car but far enough that you can enjoy nature and be far from the noise and crowds. Some places close by are Fawn Creek Winery (1 mile), B&H Trout Farm (1 mile), and others. World famous water parks within a 15-minute drive. The beautiful Devil's Lake State Park is a 35-minute drive for beautiful hikes. If you are driving to our place, please park on the left side of the driveway - facing towards the house/river (see picture for reference). We are just 10-12 minute drive to Downtown Dells, so close enough to everything but far enough from all the noise and crowds so you can get away for a peaceful night.
