Along with access to a seasonal community pool, you'll love being located within walking distance to the Waterville Rec Center, the town square, White Mountain Athletic Club and Corcoran's Pond, this cozy condo also offers a convenient location less than three miles from the ski resort. Multiple hiking trails, including the Mad River Trail, are within walking distance of the condo. If you don't feel like walking down to the town beach at Corcoran's Pond, you can opt for a dip in the on-site swimming pool. Live music and local events are always something to look out for on the town calendar. Home highlights include smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, a well-equipped full kitchen, a fireplace, and a private patio furnished for outdoor lounging.
