Waterville Estate is like no other. Aside from being located in a stunning area, the amenities are second to none. At the top of our mountain we have the Waterville Estate Community Center. Here, we have 4x pools, hot tubs, a full gymnasium, tennis courts, picket ball courts, basketball courts, kids center, playground and much more. At the estate we also have the Campton Mountain Ski area with our own ski lift! Its a smaller mountain thats great for kids and beginngers. WE also have a restaurant and bars that are open year round. 5 minutes down the road we also have Owls Nest Country Club. Its a phenominal track and is surrounded by stunning views!
