The house is located 1 mile from Cedar Point entrance. The upstairs bedroom windows have a view across Sandusky Bay to Cedar Point. We are also located near downtown Sandusky with ferry access to the Islands.

This was our family home. When our father passed away, we spent 2 1/2 years renovating the inside; it's our only rental. . As children, my sister and brother and I spent most of our summers at Cedar Point. I have been a season pass holder my whole life and have worked at Cedar Point in several departments. EvaDean is our LLP. Eva is our great aunts name who built the house in 1940 and Dean was her mothers maiden name,

Neighborhood is fairly quiet except for Cedar Point traffic in the Summer. There is also a camp ground across the street that is pretty busy during the summer.. When I was growing up this area was mostly industrial, now it is more geared toward recreational activities.
