Rental Agreement: Guests are required to sign our standard Short-Term Rental (STR) Agreement prior to check-in. Signing this document is 100% mandatory to receive check-in instructions and access the property.

MANDATORY CHECK-IN REQUIREMENT: To receive your access codes, all guests must complete these 2 steps:

STEP 1: Send a photo of a valid ID to our official business email. ([email protected])

STEP 2: Confirm that you have read and understood all house rules. You may do this via the Booking.com message thread OR in the email.

OFFICIAL HOUSE RULES:

SHARED ENVIRONMENT: This is a private room in a shared housing environment. Common areas are shared with other guests.

NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises.

NO STEALING: Theft of any property items or other guests' belongings is strictly prohibited and will be reported immediately.

CLIMATE CONTROL: Thermostats are pre-set for building comfort and cannot be tampered with or changed.

DEVICES: Do not tamper with any electronic devices or property equipment.

COMMUNICATION: All guest support is handled exclusively via the Booking.com message thread or our official business email only. We do not accept or respond to phone calls or text messages.

NON-COMPLIANCE: Failure to provide ID or follow house rules may result in immediate eviction without a refund.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
