From the natural wood accents to the wood-burning fireplace, this home will have you slipping into the mountain mindset in no time. Whether you spend all day hiking, biking, visiting town, or heading to the nearby state parks, this magical retreat will welcome you home with open arms. Everyone will love hanging out on the back deck with a favorite drink in hand, yet the group's chef will be more than willing to whip up a tasty meal in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a gas range, dishwasher, and modern appliances. When you really want to indulge in a relaxing evening, slip into your bathing suits and soak under the stars in the private hot tub. When it is time to hit the hay, two bedrooms are accessed from the main living space, and a third bedroom is accessed through a separate entrance near the hot tub on the lower deck. THINGS TO KNOW Riverside County regulations prohibit any 'party' lighting (outdoor luminaires shall not blink, flash, or rotate) and will hold guests liable for any 'light trespass' on surrounding properties. Wood is not provided for the fireplace. There are Ring security cameras around the property; however, these cameras are not active while the home is occupied.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
