There are plenty of hooks, cubbies, and a boot bench in the entryway for easy gear removal and storage. Light streams into the living area through a large window and skylights, with a wood-burning fireplace, comfortable seating, and a smart TV furnished for toasty home leisure. The covered balcony offers a scenic perch for coffee or cocktails. You'll find the kitchen well-appointed to handle everything from on-the-go snacks to full-on family feasts. Enjoy your meals in the dining area or step out onto the deck or balcony to take in the stunning mountain views. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
