Acorn Vacation Properties is a locally owned and opperated vacation rental managment company.

* Private cabin, Sleeps 14 * Boat slip and dock access on association dock included in rental * Private patio and Bbq *121mi. to Yosemite National Park, South Gate *Parking for 3 vehicles included (additional vehicles fee per night) * Please put infants/children as adults in your guest total, we do count them as a paying guest * No unaccounted for guests, very strictly enforced, see additional house rules! (property has exterior cameras) *Day visitors are not allowed so EVERY PERSON on the property (including children and infants*) at any time must be on your reservation. Maximum guest occupancy is 14. *Please do not try to open locked doors in the property. * Early checkin and Late check out MUST be a arranged in advance and will come with a charge. *Pets must not be left in the home unattended or pet deposit will be forfeit. Pet fee is 20 per night per pet and a 150 refundable deposit. *We do not alter our cancellation policy for instances of snow, rain, smoke from fires and closures to the national park. Pack-n-Play must be requested in advance PLEASE NOTE:We have service providers (Gardner, pest control etc.) that may be outside on the property during daytime hours from time to time.
