After 31 wonderful years under the care of Dawn and David Fleming, the Woodrow House is beginning an exciting new chapter!  As of June 1, ownership of the Woodrow House has transitioned to D’Ann and Bo Wells. For D’Ann, this is a full-circle moment—having grown up alongside the Fleming children, she holds many treasured memories of the Woodrow House and all it has meant to so many families over the years. The Wells Family is honored to carry forward the warmth, hospitality, and sense of home that Dawn and David cultivated for over three decades. The Flemings are still in Lubbock and would love to hear from past guests! While a few updates and refreshes are planned, the heart of the Woodrow House remains the same: the people, the experience, and the commitment to making every guest feel at home. Thank you for being part of the Woodrow House story. We can't wait to welcome you and create new memories together! 

Property info

There is a outdoor pool & hot tub for your enjoyment. There is also a scrabble board, chess and checker board and a backgammon board for guests to enjoy. Be sure and stay in the Caboose! The B&B is across the street from Texas Tech University.

Neighborhood info

We are right across the street from Texas Tech University. We are in walking distance of all the concerts, musicals, basketball games, baseball games and football games. There is lots to do here in Lubbock....just ask us!
