The property is located on the 2nd level of a multi-unit building. PLEASE NOTE there is a long-term tenant in the lower level unit of the property. There may be other pets at the property. The yard, the grill, and the laundry areas are shared amenities between all units. Pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.
