Cancelations or changes must be received no later than 4:00 pm (PST) 72 hours before the arrival date to avoid a penalty equal to 100% of stay including tax in the room category booked. Any non-arrivals will be charged an amount equal to 100% of the stay including tax in the room category booked.

Amenities Fee of US$25 per night is not included in rates and will be collected at the property.
