Welcome to the Cottage on Lake Winnipesaukee— a bright, thoughtfully updated lakeside getaway on a quiet bay across from Stonedam Island. Designed for easy summer living, this property has direct lake access steps from the front door with a beach and docks for swimming and lounging. A patio outside the cottage has a picnic table for alfresco dining and chairs to relax and enjoy the mountain views. This modern cottage is located in a small 9 home lakeside community of Summerside and guests also have access to the sugar sands of Hubbard Beach a short walk away. Inside, the open living space feels airy and inviting with natural light, clean finishes, comfortable furnishings, central air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms on first floor and two additional bedroooms on second floor. The atmosphere is casual, warm, and effortlessly relaxing — ideal for families, couples, or friends looking to unplug and enjoy lake life. Please Note: Inflatable Kayak and paddleboard are available for guest use. Washer/dryer shown in pictures are not be available for use. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This property is managed by Vacasa New Hampshire LLC.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
