It also has a built-in kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, electric tea pot and dining table with seating for 4. Complimentary coffee, tea, water, and popcorn...seasonal fresh fruit from our orchard when available. The private bathroom within your suite is fully stocked with towels, hair dryer and free toiletries. The large bathtub shower has an adjustable shower wand to accommodate our taller guests as well. Both rooms have a flat screen tv with many cable channels, plus wall mounted heating & air conditioning units. Enjoy the sunsets on a shared back patio under the grape arbor. Hi, I'm Sandy. My husband, Quentin, and I have been married for over 20 years. We love to travel and experience new adventures. We have lived in the Sierra Foothills for over 25 years, and think it is a slice of paradise! We love it so much, we wanted to share it with you! So, we opened our own home as a vacation rental with our first guest suite near Yosemite in May of 2018. We enjoyed it so much, we added on 2 more completely private guest suites the following year. Yosemite Foothill Retreat is located in Coarsegold, California. Close to Bass Lake and Yosemite with many opportunities for hiking, boating, shopping and eating! Take a ride on the Yosemite Mountain Sugar Pine Railroad for a historical trip of our mountain area. So many food choices near us; an Indian Casino with many dining options, including late night dining, but with just a short drive to the town nearby your food options open to many more possibilities, from American food, to barbeque, pizza, a popular brewery, 4 star dining on a lake, and so many more. You will find the complete list in our welcome guide in your room. We live in a quiet neighborhood where our large properties range from 3 to 20 acres. You will get to enjoy listening to the birds chirping in the morning and gazing at the stars in the evening from the patio. We live about a half mile from a fire station, which provides immediate emergency services, they are our first responders.
