The property is a very comfortable house with a privileged location in the seaside, as it is 20 meters from the beach and on the main avenue where there are restaurants, bars, etc. barbecue (bbq), a room with a double bed, a room with bunk (double bed) and a bed in the living room to use if necessary. It also has a small garden and place to leave the car. In case to use the house in winter , this has a wood stove of time for the environment and enjoy despite the cold.

Aguas Dulces is a quiet seaside with a very nice beach, which counts during the season with several services of restaurant, bar, among others. Added to this, Aguas Dulces is located in a central point of the department of Rocha, being a few kilometers from other points of interest such as Valizas (8km), Cabo Polonio (16km), Punta del Diablo (30km), La Paloma (50km), Chuy (80km). In case of needing more services the city of Castillos is 9 km away.
