A new construction designed for the best enjoyment of your vacation. A ground floor with kitchen, bathroom and a large place to enjoy a movie on your LED TV in the light of the fire from your stove, on cold days. Upstairs your private bedroom with en suite bathroom and TV. and a spacious room with 2 bunk beds - 4 beds- and space to put more mattresses on a warm wooden floor- There you have access to a wooden terrace crossed by two trees allows you to enjoy the sunsets as a family. Outside there is a large covered barbecue where you can prepare her nightly barbecue and in the background a covered terrace where you can sit down for lunch at noon and a swimming pool for the children. And most importantly, only 5 blocks away is the BEACH !!!!
