This house is right across the street from the beach with direct access to a ramp leading to a beautiful sandy beach. You can see the beach from everywhere in the house. This property is well equipped and is perfect for up to 7 guests, with a foosball table and large enclosed front yards for kids.
The beach is just across the street. Downtown Parque de Plata is within walking distance and Atlantida is only a couple minutes away by car.
