Welcome to Duplex 80 — a spacious entire house located in the quiet Sergeli district of Tashkent. The house is perfect for families, groups of friends, and travelers who want comfort and privacy. You will enjoy: several bedrooms with comfortable beds, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, parking inside the yard, sauna (available upon request, 2 USD per hour). The whole house is at your disposal so you can feel at home.

The house is located in the Sergeli district — a calm and developing area of Tashkent. 🚖 15–20 minutes by taxi from the airport (approx. 50,000 UZS / 4.5 USD). 🚖 25–30 minutes by taxi to the city center (9–10 km, approx. 40,000–50,000 UZS / 4 USD). 🛒 Korzinka supermarket – 2 km 🥬 Local food bazaar – 2 km 🏦 InfinBank – about 1 km 🏪 Several mini-markets – just 2 minutes’ walk Public transport in Sergeli is limited, so most people use taxi apps like Yandex Go or MyTaxi.
