Room of approx. 11 m² in a family residence, located in the Santa Cecilia neighborhood, adjacent to the “Aquiles Nazoa” Cultural Center (Sucre Municipality, Caracas). Features a bunk bed (semi-orthopedic mattresses), split-type air conditioning, TV, built-in closets, a desk unit, and a chair. Wi-Fi internet coverage (fiber optic service provided by Inter). Shared bathroom with hot water (shared with another room). Access to the study areas, living room, dining room, and kitchen. NOTE: Due to this layout, a potential second occupant would have to use the fold-out bed in the bunk bed unit, so we believe this may not be an ideal option for a couple.
About me: I’m a process specialist who worked for many years in the local banking sector; today, I’m involved in independent business, leading a creative agency. About the accommodation I offer: This is my primary residence, where I live with my family and carry out other aspects of my professional work. We warmly open the doors of our home, without pretense or staging, and we’ll always do our best to ensure that guests get the most out of their stay in Caracas. There’s just one basic rule: LIVING TOGETHER.
With excellent access to the rest of the city, the house is located within a gated community with private security on duty 365 days a year; it is just a few meters from the popular “Parque del Este,” and the surroundings benefit from the pleasant atmosphere created by the park’s green spaces. In the surrounding areas, you’ll find bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants, sports complexes, shopping centers, cultural and recreational areas, and health centers, among other amenities. The nearest subway station is “Los Dos Caminos” (a 12-minute walk).
