Property info

Comfortable accommodation where you will feel at home, located in a very good area of the capital Caracas, this accommodation is rented by rooms, however you have access to the common areas of the same, we have 3 living rooms, main dining room, patio and balcony.

Neighborhood info

The neighborhood is quite safe, with police officers patrolling the area 24 hours a day. There is a park one block from the apartment, where you can run, do yoga and different activities. It is 10 minutes away from the Floresta Clinic. There is a pharmacy 10 minutes away, gas stations, bakeries. There is a variety of restaurants within 10 minutes by car.
