Perched above Haver’s Estate, this new renovated delightful luxury Villa is a private hillside retreat with sweeping Caribbean sea views. Beautifully upgraded, the villa offers four air-conditioned bedrooms on the west side, open-plan living and dining, expansive terraces, and a private swimming pool positioned for sunset views. Elevated for privacy and cooling trade winds, it blends modern finishes with relaxed island charm. Guests enjoy exclusive access via secure keyless entry to all main living areas, the four west-side bedrooms, pool, sun terrace, and outdoor dining spaces. The east side of the property is reserved for owner use when visiting and remains locked and unoccupied during guest stays. There are no shared facilities. Backup power, multiple water cisterns, landscaped grounds, and private parking ensure comfort. Beaches, marinas, Road Town, and ferry terminals are just a short drive away. Weekly gardener, pool, and maintenance visits are scheduled discreetly. A 4WD vehicle is recommended and can be included in your reservation upon request at a significantly lower cost than local rental companies.

I live separately on the east side of the property and am always happy to help with questions or if anything needs attention. At the same time, I fully respect your privacy, and you won’t see or hear me unless you reach out. My aim is for you to feel completely at home and enjoy your time here.
You’re just 10 minutes from Road Town, the island’s capital, where you’ll find supermarkets, banks, ferry terminals, cafés, and restaurants. Nanny Cay Marina is a few minutes nearby, offering watersports, boat charters, a beach, and waterfront dining. Beaches such as Cane Garden Bay and Brewers Bay are a short drive away, making it easy to mix relaxation with exploring. The area feels safe, residential, and uncrowded, ideal for guests who want tranquility without isolation.
