On the east end of St. Thomas in the Anna's Retreat/New Tutu area sits Cassi Hill. The main thoroughfare to Smith Bay and Red Hook's beaches, restaurants, nightlife, Coral World, marinas, and Red Hook Ferry Dock. Just minutes away from shopping at Tutu Park Mall, The Market VI, Cost U Less, or PriceSmart while only 15 minutes away from the world-famous Magens Bay Beach. This newly renovated unit is being called a hidden gem! It's a one bedroom/1bath unit with a kitchen/dining area and living area. Not to mention a spacious patio with lots of room for grilling, and a great view of the mountains, Smith Bay, and Thatch Cay. The property is gated, has parking, and cameras. There is free parking, WIFI, and a barbecue grill. It's cool, quiet, and quaint. You will enjoy Chilling on the Hill. REGRETTABLY, COME CHILL ON THE HILL CANNOT ACCOMMODATE ONE-NIGHT STAYS. IF A ONE-NIGHT STAY IS RESERVED A CANCELLATION REQUEST WILL BE SENT TO BOOKING. WE APOLOGIZE FOR THIS INCONVIENCE.
As a local I have lots of knowledge and experience about hosting guests in St. Thomas. As tourism is the main staple in our economy, I love the opportunity to contribute to my community by hosting guests. I enjoy making them feel comfortable so they can enjoy my hometown.
The Anna's Retreat/New Tutu area is commercial and middle to upper class residential. It consists of Tutu Park Mall, Time Center, Fort Mylner, Market Square East, Four Winds Shopping Center, and Foster Plaza. Not to mention access to excursion activities at Coki Point, Smith Bay Park, and Magens Bay Beaches, and near several hotels and villas. The residential neighborhoods are Old Tutu, New Tutu, Anna's Retreat, Hidden Valley, Tutu Valley, & Cassi Hill.
