Welcome to Little Indigo Apartments! Your perfect base to explore our beautiful island! We have equipped the apartment with all the comforts that you need, but you are always welcome to make special requests! We love traveling ourselves, so are here to make sure you love every minute of your trip! We are happy to provide concierge services: information about restaurants. beaches, shopping, activities, etc. There are also brochures, maps and guide magazines provided.

Property info

Little Indigo consists of three apartments - a 2BR/1.5BA, and two 1BR/1BA Apartments, located right next door to Mafolie Hotel and Restaurant (our building used to be part of the hotel many years ago, but is now privately owned and operated). Tastefully furnished apartments, nestled into the Northside hills of St. Thomas, overlooking the downtown (Main Street) area and Waterfront, and a 7 minute drive to Magen's Bay Beach. The apartments each have their own patio/deck with seating and sweeping views of the Charlotte Amalie harbor and the Caribbean Sea, overlooking Water Island. Free street street parking is available, including two reserved parking spaces for residents only. The largest apartment, Apartment #3 is a 2 Bedroom/1.5 Bath and is on ground level, with just one step up to the entrance doors. There is a separate gated entrance to the right, that leads down (12 steps) to the entrance of Apartment #2. The entrance of Apartment #1 is next door, and has a flight of stairs leading to the charming apartment with its own private deck with umbrella and seating to take in the incredible view

Neighborhood info

Our Estate Mafolie location is very central. We are right above the heart of the island - downtown Charlotte Amalie and Main Street. Conveniently, there is a neighborhood restaurant and bar called Sib's within walking distance from the apartment, about a 5 -minutes walk (open from 4pm until 4am every day!). Mafolie Hotel is right next door, and their pool bar is available for use by our guests. The Mafolie Hotel pool may be unavailable due to current pandemic restrictions. Public transportation is not very reliable and does not service residential areas, so it is best to rent a car. Taxi service can be arranged for pick ups and drop offs. The island of St. John is a 15 minute ferry ride away from St. Thomas and offers world-class beaches and a very eclectic vibe. Charter boats for day trips to the British Virgin Islands or fishing trips can be reserved also.
