Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Large estate with three dwellings in the upscale beachfront community of Shoys! Perfect for reunions, wedding parties, and large group gatherings. The main house has a very spacious three bedroom, three and a half bathroom upper-level with a two bedroom, two and a half bath lower level apartment. The free-standing cottage has one bedroom and one bathroom with a large kitchen and ample yard space.
I enjoy traveling and spending time with family and friends. What I enjoy most about being a host is the smile and response received from visiting guest.
Shoys is conveniently located just 5 minutes from Christiansted for shopping, dining and tour options. Shoys is St. Croix's most prestigious neighborhood and the location of St. Croix's finest beach. Homes from this neighborhood have been featured in Architectural Digest. This gated community consists mostly of owner-occupied homes.
