Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in / making payment at the hotel.

If you are making payment using another cardholder's credit card, kindly provide the following to the hotel prior to your arrival:

1) Authorization letter with cardholder's signature

2) Copy of the cardholder's card (front and back of card with cardholder's signature)

Please note that hotel may contact the cardholder for verification purposes.

According to the requirements under Vietnamese law, clients must present their Identification Papers/ Passport and Birth Certificate (for children) of each passenger in the group at check-in.

In the absence of birth certificates for children, Guests and Tour Operator agree that children’s ages will be converted from their heights, specifically:

For child under 3.3 foot tall, his/her converted age is under 4 years

For child under 4.6 foot tall, his/her converted age is between 4 and 12 years

For taller child, his/her converted age is above 12 years

Guests are responsible for checking the room furnishing and facilities, foods or drinks in mini-bar upon check-in and check-out as per regulations of the resort.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A damage deposit of VND 3,000,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
