Overlooking the calm waters of Erakor Lagoon, Holiday Inn Resort Vanuatu features a variety of Melanesian inspired rooms, two swimming pools, kids club, Namele Day Spa, tennis courts and nine-hole golf course. Each room has a private balcony with garden or lagoon views. All rooms include air conditioning, ceiling fans, in-room movies and cable TV. The large work space offers high-speed internet access. Each private bathroom has a hairdryer and bathtub. Facilities at Holiday Inn Resort Vanuatu include a fitness room with lagoon views, tennis court and non-motorized water sports. Namele Day Spa offers traditional healing remedies and classic spa therapies. Veranda Restaurant offers buffet and à la carte meals for breakfast and dinner. Guests can enjoy a drink by the pool, or relax on the outdoor terrace in the Lobby Bar. Children under 12 years of age stay and eat for free. Port Vila town center is 5 mi from Holiday Inn Resort Vanuatu. An airport shuttle service can be arranged. -Please be advised per the Department of Water Vanuatu, swimming, diving and fishing is not allowed in the lagoon till further notice. -Our pool side activities have not been impacted, our hotel swimming pools, cabanas by the lagoon and our pool bar facilities are operational per normal. There is no restriction on use of kayaks and catamarans.

The fine print
Following the earthquake on 17 December 2024, some of our leisure facilities were affected. Restoration works are currently underway, and we appreciate your understanding during this period.

As part of our ongoing recovery efforts, construction works are taking place on-site from Monday to Saturday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Some noise may be experienced during these hours. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.
Please also note that in accordance with directives from the Vanuatu Department of Environment, swimming and fishing in the lagoon have not been permitted since 2022. Guests are, however, welcome to enjoy kayaking and catamaran activities within the lagoon.

Due to unavoidable delays in the shipment of essential construction materials, the anticipated reopening of the accommodation block currently under refurbishment has been deferred.
Reconstruction works will continue from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., through to August (final dates to be confirmed). During this time, some level of daytime noise may be experienced.
While our leisure facilities remain available, please kindly note the following updates:
⚫ The All-Day Dining Restaurant is temporarily closed until further notice.
⚫ The Banyan Wing remains offline.
⚫ The resort will continue operating with 64 rooms until further notice.
⚫ The dive pool has been converted into an event space; therefore, only the Family Pool is currently available.
⚫ Please also be advised that the Overwater Villas are no longer available following their demolition in July
2025.
Swimming and fishing in Erakor Lagoon remain restricted; however, guests may enjoy non-motorized water
sports and swimming in our Family Pool.
