Situated at the west end of town, 250 metres from the forest 7km trail and beach. Quiet with very little traffic, with property surrounded by trees and green space. Braai facilities available, with fully equipped self catering kitchenette and lounge area with Netflix.
Quiet, with lots of trees, adjacent to a green belt, and on the edge of the Woody Cape Forest Reserve. Tar road access via Alice Road. Listen to the sound of the sea, and birds in the garden.
