A newly renovated home with three private units - two are one bedroomed units and the main house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The units are simply decorated, comfortable and well equipped including quiet ceiling fans in all the bedrooms. Each unit has a table to work at, smart TV and there's good Wifi connection. The views from the main house are spectacular. The house is located in a quiet cut de sac but has easy access the M13 and Kloof restaurants and shops are less than 2km away. We are conveniently located for events happening at Kloof Country Club, Bellevue Cafe, Thomas More College and St Mary's School.

I have been hosting guests since 2016 and live in the area where I have a boutique retail store Adele Catherine.

Kloof is a beautiful quiet neighbourhood with a cooler climate than Durban. It has easy access to the M13 and is well situated if you are doing business in Hillcrest, Pinetown and surrounds. Kloof has a number of good restaurants, grocery stores including Woolworths and Virgin Active Gym. It is popular with mountain bikers who use the single track running between Kloof and Hillcrest as well as popular for walking and running.
