Duplex in coastal suburb of Meerensee in Richard's Bay, in a complex with communal pool 100m from unit. Situated 3km's from beaches and waterfront. Pick 'n pay centre and Spar within walking distance. The Hluluwe-Imfolozi Game reserve, home to the Big five, is just over an hours drive away. NB: The unit is situated in a complex with body corporate rules. Noise levels at the unit itself and on common property are to be kept to a reasonable level such as not to create a disturbance to other residents. If there are complaints and guests are found to be in contravention of this rule, they will be asked to leave without a refund!
3 Kms from beaches and waterfront which has a number of popular restaurants. Other restaurants included the sundeck at Mvubu with a stunning sea view and the beautiful Porky's on the lake.
