305 Hotel is unique as it is privately owned, and has the most beautiful artworks and scenic view on the South Coast. With it's tranquil atmosphere and peaceful surroundings, we believe in offering a relaxed and personal service. An out-of-this-world accommodation experience.

Property info

305 Hotel is a unique coastal property spanning three beautifully integrated former residential homes, offering spectacular, uninterrupted views of the Indian Ocean. Whale and dolphin sightings are a regular highlight, making every stay a memorable one. Conveniently located just minutes from Galleria Mall and four beautiful beaches, the hotel is ideal for both leisure and business travellers. Major industrial hubs are also within a 10 km drive, providing easy access for corporate guests.

Neighborhood info

Our local beaches host beautiful rock pools and are all but a few kilometres away from our guest house. We have a water world, shark cage diving, guided tours and an amazing shopping centre just around the corner! Unfortunately, we have been denied direct access to the beach from the Hotel, however, we are just a short 2km drive from Amanzimtoti Beach.
