365 is on a 18 hole golf course estate. Views of tee hole 9 and hole 4. It is on a secure Island estate. No need to worry about being in the darkness when there is load shedding as 365 Vaal de grace has a solar system. It has an additional water supply system too. We are fully prepared when it comes to electricity and water outages.
