This light filled, centrally located townhouse on a quiet street has 3 bedrooms, a large open plan kitchen and dining area, sitting room with TV, fireplace for the winter and stacked doors for opening onto the terrace in summer. The outdoor area has a private garden with braai. Uncapped fibre wifi is available for use on any of your devices. Upstairs is a large bedroom with en suite bathroom and views over the city toward the 1820s Settler's Monument. Downstairs is a further twin room and a queen bedroom with shared bathroom, and a separate, further shower room. The house has solar as well as water storage tanks. The property is minutes from St Andrew's Prep, DSG and a short walk to Rhodes University or St Andrew's College. Please note there is a camera monitoring the front of the house access points.

We are privileged to live between the graceful towns of Graaff Reinet and Grahamstown/Makhanda, in the Eastern Cape with views to marvel at and rich history to appreciate. Grahamstown is a charming city rich in history and set in beautiful countryside. Visit the splendid cathedral for evensong or the various classical music events the church hosts. Excellent walks in the nearby surrounds include the mountain drive and botanical gardens. There is a variety of restaurants, cafes and bakeries to enjoy as well as the 1820s Settler's Monument and the extensive collection of museums through the Albany Museum.
