This modern ground floor apartment is 100 km south of Durban. The apartment is open plan and tastefully decorated with a living area opening onto a lovely tiled patio with its own private braai facilities. There are three bedrooms with two full bathrooms. The unit accommodates 6 people. The unit has a colour TV, Open View HD Satellite and a fully equipped modern granite kitchen. There are sea views from every room. There is a double lockup garage plus a parking bay. The apartment block has a communal swimming pool, gazebo and braai facilities. The complex is fully secured with remote controlled access. Watch the whales and dolphins from the patio. The sea in front of the apartment is perfect for fishing. The apartment borders on a lagoon, where ski-boats are launched. There is a super-tube, putt-putt, bar and restaurant facilities on the beach. This complex is 30 meters from the waters edge, with the main Hibberdene swimming beach but a 100m walk away. Hibberdene beach has blue flag status with shark nets and lifeguards on duty. The surfing is safe and good.
At Hibberdene CBD, a mere 500m stroll away, you can purchase all necessities. Hibberdene has a super spar, major banks, Petrol station, bottle stores, laundromat and restaurants. Other activities close to hand are: Golf courses, Crocodile farms, Oribi Gorge, Game reserves, The Wild Coast Sun Casino, Margate 30min drive away.
