Property info

This is a self catering guesthouse with 5 rooms, in a very peaceful upmarket neighborhood of Newcastle. Staff do not stay on the property, they are there in the mornings to set up and clean and leave the afternoon, and are called in the event of problems. Access to the guesthouse is done remotely and keys for the rooms are collected from a collection box, upon departure keys are placed back in the box, and exit is done with a pass code. The rooms have their own bathrooms, each room is fitted with a bar fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, aircon and flat screen TV with openview TV. Rooms open out to verander and garden. There is a communial kitchen, lounge and dining area. TV in the lounge has Netflix and My Family Cinima.

Neighborhood info

The guethouse is situated in a quiet upmarket area of Newcastle, it is close to two shopping malls and the Blackrock Casino. The mornings and late afternoon are filled with chatter from the birds, just makes it so peaceful.
