This 4-bedroom holiday home in Cathkin Estates offers stunning views of Cathkin Peak, Giants Castle, and Champagne Castle. The home accommodates 8 guests in 4 air-conditioned king rooms and 3 bathrooms, with 3 bedrooms opening onto a wrap-around patio. The living room features a TV lounge, spacious kitchen, and fireplace, with indoor and outdoor dining options. The property is located 4.5 hours from Johannesburg and 3 hours from Durban, with King Shaka International Airport as the closest. Damage Protection: This property is protected by LekkerGuest, our guest verification and damage protection partner. After the booking is confirmed, guests will receive a link to complete a quick verification and must choose either of the following options: Option 1 - Security Deposit: A fully refundable R7,500 hold (a service fee equivalent to R47 is charged additionally). Option 2 - Damage Waiver: A non-refundable R800 fee providing R10,000 in accidental damage cover. NOTE: No smoking allowed inside; and no hubbly bubbly allowed at any time. The accommodation is for short-term residential rentals only. It is not for events, functions, parties, receptions, meetings, commercial use, or guests above the registered number. We require all outstanding processes to be completed before 12 pm the day prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in a late penalty fee of R350 In case of a late check-in after 7pm on Saturdays to Thursdays and 10 pm on Fridays, a standard late check-in fee of R750 will apply.
