I am living in the Marina Martinique for 20 years now. I am also Principal of Kouga Properties in Jeffreysbay.

Property info

The Ark apartment is spacious 45sqm. with very neat finishes. Fine Percale linen is an absolute must and clean towels will be available every day. The kitchenette have all you need for self catering and all channels is available on the flat screen TV

Neighborhood info

Crime-rate in the Marina is 0% that will make your stay even better for you can walk through our beautiful Marina even at night. The beach is 5 min walk away and we have 3 stunning restaurants on our doorstep. You can canoe, angle or swim in the summer. We have a Kayak for your use at no cost extra.
