After the booking is confirmed, guests will receive a link to complete a quick verification and must choose either of the following options: Option 1 - Security Deposit: A fully refundable R5,000 hold (a service fee equivalent to R47 is charged additionally). Option 2 - Damage Waiver: A non-refundable R600 fee providing R7,500 in accidental damage cover.
