Bill and Gail Ross-Adams, owners of BillsBest Holidays for over 20 years, and their hospitality team, hope you have a wonderful holiday here in the sunny seaside village of Ramsgate, and kick off your shoes, relax and enjoy a stroll along the beach or enjoy exploring the area with its many tourist attractions and fine restaurants and cafes. The team is available during office hours for enquiries and there is an after hours maintenance number for your convenience too. Bill and Gail also welcome you to stopover en-route on the N3, at their famous historic hotel in the mountains, The Green Lantern Inn where one can meet the famous bar donkey, Bojangles.

Greengates offers sea views from the open plan lounge & dining room, opening onto the veranda & braai area. The kitchen is open plan onto the living area & is fully equipped for self catering. Large enclosed pet friendly garden suitable for all breeds. Greengates has 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed, one is in the main house . The 2nd is off the veranda & has an en-suite bathroom with a bath & hand shower. A take 2 bed for 2 children is provided in the dinning room. Both bedrooms & the lounge have ceiling fans. The bathroom in the main house has a shower & loo.

Neighborhood info

Port Edward village is on the sea’s edge & a 10 min stroll along the shoreline to the life guarded swimming beach & Supa Chube. The Save Rite center is a short walk from Fisherman’s & just a short drive to the Spar at the entrance to Port Edward. Visit the Umtumvuna Nature reserve and Beaver Creek coffee estate, both inland about 5kms from the town.
