Situated in the heart of Centurion close to all amenities like schools, hospital (Unitas), Gautrain, Centurion Mall , Supersport Park, ext. The pan handle property is very private with big trees and a lovely garden. A carport is available for safe and secure parking. A lovely queen size bedroom studio with an ensuite bathroom with a toilet, wash basin and shower. A private outside seating area is available for the studio. The swimming pool is available for the use of the guests.
A property developer who loves his golf.
The second oldest neighbourhood in Centurion with lovely big trees and big residential stands, a tranquil environment that is very quiet at night.
