Come and experienced life on a farm in a guesthouse that was builld in 1946, but which has been revamped with a luxurious rustic feel. Every room has been designed to make the guest feel at home, with modern luxuries.

I am an interior designer, who had lots of fun decorating "Die Olyfhuis". I am crazy about old recycled articles, which I have re-used in my decorating. I love the outdoors, especially mountainbiking,painting and gardening& cooking.

"Die Olyfhuis" is close to the old mining town Barkly west. There are quite a few historical places, like the old bridge and the museum where old artifacts from the first diggings are kept. Close to us the game farm, Mattanu can be visited. We are also 36 km from Kimberley where tourists can visit the Big hole as well as the small mining town.
