A new and tastefully renovated property, tucked away among tall trees, and looking over farm fields on the north side of town. Super private, it is the perfect hideaway spot. Separate driveway entrance and large outdoor living space with brick patio and covered braai area. Beautiful gardens, with trees, grass, flower beds and vineyard.<br />The compact open plan studio design incorporates lounge, dining room and kitchen with upstairs sleeping loft. Clawfoot bath tub and outdoor shower.
I love country living, reading, and walking in nature.
Walking and hiking, Holkrans Sunset Experience, birdwatching, tour of the Rosendal Heritage District, historic Rosendal self-walk, cycling, tennis, yoga, Klay Ceramic Painting, Poetry with a Punch, Ark Contemporary Gallery, and monthly village markets.
