Three Bedroom Duplex , in coastal suburb of Meerensee, in a complex with communal pool 100m from unit, available for use by guests. Situated 3 km's from beaches and waterfront. Two shopping complexes, with a Spar and Pick n pay and a number of popular fast food outlets, within walking distance. The Hluhluwe-Imfolozi Game Reserve, home to the Big five, is just over an hours drive away. NB: The unit is situated in a complex with body corporate rules. Noise levels at the unit itself and on common property are to be kept to a reasonable level such as not to create a disturbance to other residents. If there are complaints and guests are found to be in contravention of this rule, they will be asked to leave without a refund! BY ORDER MANAGEMENT
Within walking distance from Spar and Pick n Pay. 3km's from beaches and waterfront. Ideal for a fishing holiday or go deep sea with 2 ski boat clubs nearby. Golf course also just around the corner. A number of popular restaurants at the Tuzi Gazi waterfront which is only 3km's away. Other restaurants close by include the Mvubu lodge restaurants and Porkys on the lake at the Golf estate which is 2Km away.
