Situated within the Sardinia Bay Nature Reserve, Heavenly Stables Self Catering Accommodation offers a stunning park home experience. Nestled on a beautiful farm within close proximately of Sardinia Bay Beach, local shopping centres, favoured restuarants and pubs. The accommodation itselfs offers a very authentic feel for the relaxed guest who enjoys nature, tranquility, peace and quiet. Offering a lounge area, kitchen, one bathroom (toilet, bath/shower) and 3 bedrooms, the main room with a queen size bed, the second room with a bunk bed and the third room with two single beds. A large deck at the front of the accommodation, boasts a lovely braai area and relaxed farm setting to unwind during the days and evenings. There is free Wifi and DSTV on site. We also offer one hour beginners nature trail horse rides, lessons and beach rides for more advanced riders and beginner beach rides on weekends and public holidays. Please note that there are animals on the property, the farm itself is home to a fair amount of beautiful horses, dogs, cats as well as the abundance of wildlife who live within the nature reserve.
Welcome to Heavenly Stables Self Catering Accommodation. I am the owner of Heavenly Stables. I have been running the farm and riding school since 5 January 1993. I am passionate about what I do and aim to please all my clients and horses at all times. Our accommodation is nestled on the beautiful farm of Heavenly Stables. If peace and quiet and tranquillity is what you are searching for we have it all at Heavenly Stables. If you are a horse lover, like we are, this is a wonderful place to stay. Surrounded with beautiful horses and Lessons, Outrides and Beach rides going out on a daily basis. The Sardinia Bay beach is close by and is a must see. Beautiful long walks and swimming is available. Packages are available for horse riding and accommodation. Private and secure with beautiful sunsets. I live on the farm and am mostly available at all times morning and night and absolutely love having guests staying over at our farm.
Sardinia Bay/Lovemore Park is one of those delightfully elusive coves that has managed to retain a certain amount of anonymity, despite being one of Port Elizabeth’s lesser discovered gems. Whilst the locals know all about Sardinia Bay, lying along Sardinia Bay Road between Schoenmakerskop and Sea View, many visitors only stumble upon the popular Sardinia Bay Beach by accident, and discover that it is not only one of the best walking beaches in the friendly city, but that it is a little piece of heaven. Forfeiting a little time to get there - obviously Sardinia Bay, or 'Sards' as the locals refer to it, is not as easily accessible as Kings or Hobie Beach - is well worth the effort. It offers miles of unspoilt sand that effortlessly translates into a late afternoon or early morning stroll, and it was one of few beaches that still allows dogs. Sardinia Bay also borders on the Chelsea Downs Nature Reserve, is a sandboarding enthusiast's haunt and a firm favourite with kite surfers, surfers and our horse rides go through the reserve and onto the Sardinia Bay beach.. It's an ideal way to avoid the crowds and bustling streets
