This upmarket new renovated modern beachfront apartment located across the road from Tito Centre which has a Dischem, Woolworths Food Store, Romans Pizza and many more great outlets. Breath taking sea views from both rooms and lounge area. Across the road from Clear Water Spur, The Thirsty Whale & Splash Water World on the beach side of the building. The apartment is finished in porcelain tiles and granite tops including Kitchen and bathrooms.
