Marina Beach is a tropical paradise with lush and dense vegetation. Monkeys and small antelopes walk freely around the village. With multiple bird life to be spotted. It’s a conservation area and therefore there is emphasis on protecting the dunes, forests, wild life and grassland vegetation. When sitting on the covered patio on the property, you look out to a lush forest and can occasionally spot monkeys, birds and antelopes. Attractions include pristine beaches, horse rides on the beach, surfing lessons, walking trails, restaurants, crocodile farm, butterfly farm, banana farms and lots of other activities and places of interest for both adults and kids. There are 4 beautiful beaches (3 with restaurants) that are within close vicinity. Marina Beach (Blue Flag Beach) which is 1.4km away from the property and a nice walk. The other 3 beaches are within a 3 - 5km radius. There is an airport in Margate, 20km away from the property or you can fly into King Shaka International Airport and enjoy a scenic 1 hr 30 min drive to Marina Beach. There are a number of shopping locations to go buy groceries and other requirements. In-house Chef, Mixologist with full bar optional. All meals should be pre-arranged so that the Chef is on-site.
