JSA Studio is a charming self catering flatlet situated in Verwoerdpark, Alberton, on the same property where the owner reside, with its separate entrance. The flatlet's location is ideal for those needing to be at Alberton Netcare Hospital, close to major highways. Additionally, it is only 20 minutes away from OR Tambo International Airport. The studio apartment can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child and is tastefully furnished with a king-size bed, and a sleeper couch for a child, with ample cupboard space. The bathroom is fitted with a shower over bath, basin and toilet. Linen and towels are provided. The open plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea and coffee making facilities and features a breakfast nook. It extends to the lounge furnished with comfy couches and a TV with streaming services. Guests have access to free WiFi. The apartment opens up to a small outside section with outdoor seating and a braai area. Guests are afforded secure free parking on the premises, locked carport, behind a remote-controlled gate.
