Kaiser's Guesthouse is situated in the leafy suburb of Oatlands. We have four well-appointed self-catering units. Each unit has a separate entrance. Out units all have self-catering kitchenettes and en-suite full bathrooms. You can park right outside your room and your vehicle will be secured behind electronic gates. Our rooms all have percale linen and good quality mattresses. Each kitchenette is well equipped with a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle an electric frying pan, crockery and cutlery. There are seating areas outside each room where you can enjoy the sunset and the indigenous garden. There is a braai area which guests can use and a pool to take a dip on hot days. To survive Grahamstown’s cold winters there is an electric blanket on each bed and heaters in all the rooms. Each room has a flat screen TV with a bouquet of DSTV channels. A double sleeper couch in each bedroom makes it an ideal family room. Each room has a panic button connected to the local security company.

We are a young family who loves Makhanda. We enjoy meeting new people and sharing our lovely home with guests.

This is a quiet area - the Guesthouse is behind the main house so there is no traffic noise. We are close to the Peppergrove Mall and to a number of restaurants. The private schools are less than a km away.
